ABOUT US
Dr. Mario Hodgson graduated from Louisana State University School of Veterinary Medicine in 2002. After working in private practive for two years, he began a three-year residency program in ophthalmology. Dr. Hodgson's research interests include corneal wound healing. Dr. Hodgson was the 2005 recipient of an ACVO Vision for Animals Foundation grant for his work in corneal wound healing. He completed an ACVO approved residency with Craig Fischer, DVM, DACVO, in Clearwater, Florida, in 2007. He lives with his wife, four children, and two dogs on Siesta Key.
